Onapi achieves 95% overall satisfaction in external survey 2024

Santo Domingo, D.N.- The National Office of Industrial Property (Onapi) obtained a 95% overall satisfaction in the presentation of the results of the External Survey 2024, carried out by the consulting firm Global Statics & Research.

This result reflects the high level of acceptance and positive assessment of the services offered by Onapi by its external users. The survey evaluated various aspects related to customer service, process efficiency, and the quality of the services provided.

The Director General of Onapi, Dr. Salvador Ramos, highlighted that this result is the fruit of the institutional commitment to excellence, continuous improvement, and transparency in management. “This 95% is a direct recognition from our users to the effort made by our team, offering an efficient, accessible, and quality service,” he stated.
