Monte Plata – In an event led by the Minister of Housing and Buildings (MIVED), Carlos Bonilla; the governor of Monte Plata, Rafaela Javier Gomera; and the mayor of Bayaguana, Frangel García, 90 property titles were delivered to the same number of families in the Invi Cristo Rey project (Las 100 Casitas).
The Minister of Housing and Buildings underscored the relevance of this titling process, highlighting how it strengthens the property rights of hundreds of Dominicans.
For his part, the mayor of Bayaguana, Frangel García, thanked these 90 families of the sector for the delivery, thus consolidating the property of each family.

This titling process was carried out completely free of charge, a clear demonstration of President Luis Abinader's commitment to guarantee the right to property for thousands of families throughout the Dominican territory. The direct supervision of the MIVED ensured the transparency and efficiency of each stage of the process.
This delivery in Bayaguana is part of the National Titling Plan, an integral strategy of the Dominican government that seeks to positively impact families throughout the country, granting legal security and promoting the social well-being of thousands of citizens.
