Miguel Báez warns they are provoking an irreversible situation after a check he received after the Jet Set tragedy was disclosed.

Teosaris Miguel Báez Polanco, husband of Zulinka Pérez, and vocalist of Rubby Pérez's orchestra, attributed to envy the negative information and comments towards him and his wife that have arisen with the judicial development of the Jet Set case.

Following the knowledge of the coercive measure against Antonio Espaillat and Maribel Espaillat, it came to light that both received money from Antonio Espaillat, as a member of the orchestra, after the tragedy.

"Wow, what a shame that envy goes so far! Silence is not cowardice. They are provoking the opening of a box that will not be able to be closed. The game begins," Báez said through his social media.

The money would have been given to them as assistance or economic support intended to cover and resolve medical, personal expenses, and any damage or harm suffered as a result of the collapse of the infrastructure where the commercial establishment known as Jet Set operated.

However, Zulinka Yadhira Pérez, daughter of merengue singer Rubby Pérez, issued a message this Thursday to clarify the controversy that arose after a check for RD$1 million she received after the tragedy was made public.

However, the defense of Antonio Espaillat and Maribel Espaillat says that in turn, said money is considered as a receipt of discharge and waiver.
