In February, they had revealed that they were preparing a crossover and today the project was confirmed by Marvel and the specialized media outlet Entertainment Weekly.

Wade Wilson (Deadpool) has been hired for a job in Gotham City, but will the world's greatest detective help him or destroy him?", says the text published on the official Marvel website.
In addition to the main story, the one-shot will feature a line of amazing backup adventures, each with clashes of Marvel and DC characters that are sure to thrill all comic book fans. More details about these backup stories and their creative teams will be shared later.
Deadpool/Batman #1 will be written by Zeb Wells, the Spider-Man comic book writer. While the drawings will be done by Greg Capullo, who has worked for years on the Batman and X-Men franchises.
