Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez sealed their love with a luxurious wedding on the island of San Giorgio Maggiore, in Venice, surrounded by a menu worthy of Michelin stars. According to Daily Mail, the banquet cost around 1,000 euros per guest.
The menu was designed by Fabrizio Mellino, a chef with three Michelin stars for his restaurant Quattro Passi, who offered dishes inspired by the cuisine of southern Italy. One of the most outstanding was the traditional spaghetti alla Nerano, made with fried zucchini and Provolone del Monaco cheese. Pizzas made with dough sent from Naples by Ciro Oliva, from the famous pizzeria Concettina ai Tre Santi, were also served. For dessert, Bezos ordered a thousand mignon portions of lemon, ricotta, and pear from the Sal De Riso pastry shop, on the Amalfi Coast. The wedding cake was provided by the famous French pastry chef Cédric Grolet, viral on social media and known for his collaborations with celebrities like Rosalía. The celebration closed with a second dinner focused on Venetian cuisine, with antipasti of the sea, bigoli in sauce, Venetian-style liver, cuttlefish, baccalà alla vicentina and, as a finishing touch, tiramisù.Other wedding details

Lauren wore a dress specially designed by Maison Valentino, while Bezos opted for a classic custom-made tuxedo. Instead of gifts, the couple asked their guests to make financial donations to the city of Venice.
