The 72nd edition of the pageant Miss World is a few days away from the final and Mayra Delgado, representative of the Dominican Republic, has made significant progress by qualifying for the Top 40, after winning first place in the Multimedia Challenge Winners competition.
In that sense, Delgado has positioned herself as one of the favorites of the contest, surpassing candidates from all over America and the Caribbean.
Competing alongside representatives from 109 countries, Mayra has shone due to her impeccable visual work and her closeness to the public, elements that have strengthened her position within the competition.
Among the moments in which she has stood out are the Parade of Nations, where she dazzled with a typical costume that exalts the cultural roots of the Dominican Republic.

The grand finale of the contest will be held this Saturday, May 31st, at 9:30 a.m. (Dominican time), and will be broadcast live on Telecentro, Channel 13, for the entire national territory.
In this edition, Mayra Delgado seeks to become the second Dominican to obtain the coveted crown, proudly carrying the tricolor flag before the eyes of the world.
