Crystal Fiallo is a lawyer, graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE) and a Chevening scholar, from the United Kingdom.Holds master's degrees in Governance and Development from the University of Sussex, England, and in Administrative Law from the University of Salamanca and the Global Institute, and is in the process of completing the thesis for a master's degree in Public Procurement and Contracting from the University of San Martín (UNSAM).
She has held positions of relevance in both the public sector and civil society and professional associations, including her role as Deputy Director General of the General Directorate of Public Procurement (DGCP) and Director of Cabinet of the Ministry of Public Administration (MAP).Her experience encompasses active participation in high-level working groups on key issues of the national agenda, as moderator and rapporteur of the Educational Pact and the Electrical Pact, within the framework of the Economic and Social Council (CES). In addition, she has been a professor at prestigious institutions such as Barna Management School, UNIBE, Central American Institute of Public Administration (ICAP) of Costa Rica, among others.
