Santo Domingo – Over the weekend, the senator for the National District, Omar Fernández, assisted several sectors of the capital with water trucks in the face of the water crisis that has been impacting for weeks.
During his visit to the 30 de Mayo urbanization, he witnessed firsthand the serious situation experienced by its residents.

“Days and days go by without access to water, and despite the efforts of our office to mitigate this problem, a large-scale solution is required,” the legislator expressed through his social media, after touring the sector and talking with affected community members.
The representative of the Fuerza del Pueblo (FP), insisted that this is an unsustainable situation that warrants a structural response from the responsible organizations.The senator has maintained an active presence in various sectors of the capital, prioritizing direct dialogue with communities and promoting solutions to the challenges that affect the quality of life of citizens.
