The Employers Network agreement signed by Banco BHD articulates efforts between the State and the business sector in initiatives that seek to create conditions of decent, equitable, and non-discriminatory employment. In addition, it seeks to facilitate access to the labor market for people with disabilities and members of diverse communities. Martha Peralta highlighted that, for the banking entity, joining the Employers Network of the Ministry of Labor represents a historic agreement for labor inclusion and adds value to the inclusion practices and the reduction of inequalities that BHD develops. BHD's participation also aligns with advances in accessibility and integration for people with disabilities, as demonstrated by the start of the certification process with the National Council on Disability (Conadis), recently announced.
