Iran launched a third wave of missiles against Israel past midnight this Friday, which set off alarms in large areas of the country and were seen in the sky over Jerusalem, where explosions were heard, without knowing at the moment of the interceptions or that any have fallen to the ground.
After 01:00 local time this Saturday (22:00 GMT Friday), the Army reported that air raid alarms had been activated in several areas of Israel "following the identification of missiles coming from Iran towards the State of Israel".
"The Israel Defense Forces are operating to intercept and attack wherever necessary to eliminate the threat," it stated in a statement.
