Honduras.<\/strong> \u2013 In the framework of the 60th anniversary of the Chorotega Cooperative, the academic and Latin American leader Roberto Fulcar<\/strong> presented the International Conference \u201cTranscendent Leadership for Social Transformation\u201d<\/strong>, in an event that brought together delegations from six countries and various social, political, and economic actors from the region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The conference was held last Tuesday, May 27th<\/strong> at the Cooperative Tourist Club of Choluteca, in southern Honduras, with the presence of representatives from El Salvador, Colombia, Mexico, Dominican Republic, Brazil, and Honduras<\/strong>, including politicians, municipal and congressional candidates, social economy entrepreneurs, cooperative leaders, educators, youth, and social change agents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During his speech, Fulcar offered a masterly presentation<\/strong> that combined ethical depth with a transformative vision of leadership. His model of \u201cTranscendent Leadership\u201d<\/strong> proposes a form of leadership based on human values, social inclusion, community service, resilience, and the construction of the common good<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThe future is not built with cold structures, but with committed hearts. Transcendental leadership is a silent transformation that changes lives, transforms communities, and leaves a lasting legacy,\u201d expressed Fulcar, provoking an emotional reaction from the audience.<\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

With the support of an audiovisual presentation, Fulcar addressed topics such as leadership ethics, the humanization of the economy, community sustainability, social cohesion, and the power of example<\/strong>, appealing to the formation of leadership networks<\/strong> oriented towards sustainable transformation from the social bases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In a second part, the speaker delved into the strategic role of the social economy and the cooperative movement<\/strong>, pointing out that when cooperatives align with transcendent values, they can become drivers of territorial equity, democratization of opportunities, and economic justice<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cLeading to transcend is not a privilege: it is a historical responsibility. We are called to inspire from practice, to transform from consciousness, and to leave marks that dignify the lives of the people,\u201d concluded Fulcar, receiving a standing ovation<\/strong> from the attendees.<\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
